Terms of Service
The service terms for using PullScan's automotive telemetry analysis platform.
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Version: 2026-07-18
These documents describe PullScan as it exists today. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before Support PullScan is enabled publicly.
1. PullScan Service
PullScan is operated by PullScan LLC. PullScan provides automotive telemetry analysis, visualization, comparison, saved analysis, vehicle-profile, screenshot-analysis, and related decision-support tools based on information submitted by users.
PullScan may change, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service over time. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, third-party providers, internet conditions, or technical issues.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for the account, credentials, files, and information you submit to PullScan. You agree to provide information you have the right to provide and to use PullScan only for lawful purposes.
PullScan may suspend or terminate access for abuse, misuse, attempts to interfere with the service, unauthorized scraping, security attacks, or other conduct that harms PullScan, other users, or the platform.
3. User-Submitted Information
You may submit CSV logs, screenshots, vehicle details, modification details, tune and configuration information, fuel information, notes, feedback, and follow-up logs. You retain any rights you have in information you submit.
You grant PullScan the rights needed to receive, host, store, process, analyze, transform, display, and maintain submitted information and derived telemetry so PullScan can provide and improve the service.
Where legally permitted, PullScan may use de-identified or aggregated information to improve analytical systems, detectors, recommendations, quality checks, product behavior, and platform reliability.
4. Automotive Analysis Disclaimer
PullScan provides informational automotive telemetry analysis and decision-support information based on the data available. PullScan does not guarantee that a vehicle is mechanically healthy, safe, properly tuned, or appropriate for a particular map, fuel mixture, modification, or configuration.
Analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate when telemetry channels are missing, logger configuration is incomplete, sensors are inaccurate, vehicle information is wrong or incomplete, modifications or tune configuration are not disclosed, fuel quality or mixture differs from the submitted information, environmental or operating conditions affect the log, or the submitted log is too short or incomplete.
Screenshot analysis is inherently more limited than analysis based on a complete CSV log. PullScan analysis is not a replacement for inspection, diagnosis, tuning, repair advice, or professional judgment from a qualified professional when professional assistance is appropriate.
You remain responsible for decisions involving your vehicle. Do not perform unsafe driving maneuvers to collect data. You are responsible for obeying traffic laws and operating vehicles safely.
5. Verified Tuners, Tuning Jobs, and Secure Messaging
Verified tuners are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of PullScan. PullScan verification indicates completion of PullScan's review process; it is not a guarantee of service quality, results, safety, licensing, insurance, or suitability for a particular vehicle.
A tuner relationship begins only when a tuner accepts a customer request. Each accepted request creates a tuning job. The tuner may accept with Secure PullScan Messaging enabled or accept without messaging. Messaging is limited to authorized participants in that job and may be closed when the tuner marks the job complete.
Completed conversations remain readable unless law, account deletion, a valid deletion request, security needs, a dispute, or another documented retention rule requires different treatment. A customer may request reopening, but the tuner may approve or decline that request.
Secure PullScan Messaging is not represented as end-to-end encrypted or inaccessible to PullScan. PullScan may access message content and metadata when reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide support, investigate abuse, protect security, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
Do not use messaging to harass, threaten, spam, share malware or executable files, request unsafe conduct, or send payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not upload unlawful content, interfere with PullScan systems, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, submit malicious files, or use PullScan in a way that violates others' rights or applicable law.
You are responsible for confirming that your use of PullScan and any data you submit complies with laws, agreements, and obligations that apply to you.
7. Intellectual Property
PullScan, including its software, design, workflows, models, analysis presentation, branding, and platform materials, is owned by PullScan LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PullScan intellectual property to you.
You may use PullScan for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit PullScan except as expressly allowed by PullScan LLC.
8. Voluntary Support PullScan Payments
Support PullScan payments are voluntary payments intended to support the continued development and operation of PullScan. Supporting PullScan does not purchase additional features, provide ownership or investment rights, or guarantee the development or continued availability of any particular feature or service unless expressly stated otherwise.
Support PullScan payments do not create an employment, partnership, shareholder, investor, or similar relationship with PullScan LLC. PullScan LLC is not representing Support PullScan payments as tax-deductible charitable donations.
Because Support PullScan payments are voluntary and do not purchase a product or service, successfully processed support payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where PullScan determines that a refund is appropriate, such as duplicate transactions, accidental duplicate support payments, unauthorized transactions, or technical payment errors.
9. Third-Party Services
PullScan may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, file storage, database hosting, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, data processing, and payment processing. Your use of PullScan may involve processing by those providers as needed to operate the service.
Payment card information for Support PullScan checkout is handled by PullScan's payment processor. PullScan does not store complete payment-card numbers.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PullScan LLC is not responsible for vehicle damage, engine damage, transmission damage, modification-related damage, unsafe operation, accidents, injuries, property damage, lost data, lost profits, or other consequences resulting from actions you take based on PullScan or from your operation, tuning, modification, repair, or use of a vehicle.
You agree to indemnify and hold PullScan LLC harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your submitted information, your use or misuse of PullScan, your vehicle-related decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
PullScan may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes may require acceptance of updated terms. These Terms describe PullScan as it exists today and do not include terms for future paid analysis purchases, subscriptions, recurring billing, or analysis-credit products.
